Review dimensions, lid fit, hinge action, insert tolerance, product removal, finish quality and packing performance.
Test the structure first
Measure key dimensions, check squareness and operate the opening mechanism repeatedly. A premium appearance cannot compensate for binding drawers, loose lids or unstable walls.
Review the product interaction
Pack the actual product and accessories, then evaluate movement, orientation and removal. Inserts should protect without making the product difficult to lift.
Record objective approvals
Note tolerances, finish targets and allowed variation on the approved sample. Photographs are useful, but physical references and written criteria are more reliable for production.
